If it just happens not to be, I'm thinking that investing in a wiki may not be a bad idea (a wiki being a site where anyone can edit the pages, such as, for example www.wikipedia.com ). This would probably work a bit more coherently than dodgy forumness (though the forum would be best for actual discussion on things)

Because I was looking it up for a totally unrelated idea, I came across this site: http://www.riters.com/ - which seems like it would work well for world building stuffs (not that I've actually used it yet, but hey).

So yeah, if anyone's active and feels like being adventurous, maybe this would be something to consider?
